Flying Dutchmen Flag Football League
Our mission is to introduce female athletes to the growing sport of flag football and show them what they're capable of. Football has long been a male-dominated sport — our motto, "Changing the Game," reflects our commitment to breaking that mold. We believe every player who steps on our field should leave knowing there are no limits on what she can achieve, on the field or off.

Highlights

Each week, players will participate in skill development with their team. Then play a 30 Minute Flag Football Game

Players in the Tappan Zee Girls Flag Football Program will be coaching each week

All teams will follow a practice plan designed by the TZ Flag Varsity Coaching Staff

Weekly Prizes will be awarded based on effort and performance
